Please note that once you've confirmed the cards and would like to make a purchase, we require the order to be made within the day as well as to leave a note on the order to notify us of which card versions you'd like. This will prevent any mistakes and back and forth conversations.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We use Australia Post to deliver most orders however if the order is over a certain weight and size, we may deliver by another courier. When this happens, we will notify you of the change of courier and supply you with the tracking number.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, seal intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
