Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We use Australia Post to deliver most orders however if the order is over a certain weight and size, we may deliver by another courier and these products will have a separate shipping cost. When this happens, we will notify you of the change of courier and supply you with the tracking number.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Unit 4/43 Orbis Drive Ravenhall VIC AUS 3023. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. There may however be a delay if your order is above 10 products or we are understaffed. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email once your order is ready for pickup.

Our in-store pickup hours are the same as our store open hours (Monday to Friday 12pm to 11pm except for Thursdays 12pm to 6:30pm). Please have your order "Ready for Pickup" email with you when you come in for click and collect. If someone else is collecting the order for you, please reply to the confirmation email and notify us of the change.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Otherwise log into your account using the email you made the purchase with and from there you'll be able to see all order details. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thefinalbosscollectables.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Products that are small will proceed to be shipped to the provided P.O. Boxes however if the courier deems it is not possible then they will leave a note behind in the P.O. Box for you to personally go collect the order at their partnered Post Office.

If you are getting the order delivered to an Australian Post P.O. Box then please note, parcels too big to fit in your P.O. Box will be placed in one of their special PO boxes (they’re the ones with the red door) and they will leave the key in your P.O. Box. This service is called 24/7 Parcel Collection, and it’s available at more than 1000 of their P.O. Box sites. If the red door service isn’t available, they'll leave you a card advising collection from your Post Office.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

IMPORTANT:
If your trading card arrived with a seal, please refrain from opening the seal before checking to see if the card was what you ordered. Due to the rarity and authenticity of these expensive cards, we will unfortunately reject any return and refunds on these cards once the seal is open. if the seal is still intact and the card is incorrect or has any issues, please contact us asap and we are happy to help.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thefinalbosscollectables.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Pre-Orders

Please take note that all pre-orders require payments in advance to secure the product. However there may be some cases where the distributor will cancel our order and when that happens we will notify you of the situation and will process the refund. 

For all pre-order product/s, we recommend making a separate order for it to prevent any other items within your cart from being delayed as we wait for the pre-order product/s to arrive/release.
