Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request for a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, seal intact and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thefinalbosscollectables.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 4/43 Orbis Drive Ravenhall VIC AUS 3023.
(Australia) If your return request has been accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The return shipping label cost will be deducted from your total refund unless other arrangements has been made. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
(International) If your return request has been accepted, you will be required to pay for the return cost as well as process the return shipment yourself. Once we have received the items, we will then notify you as well as process the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and amend the problem. DO NOT REMOVE ANY TAGS AND/OR SEALS
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and confirmed with us, make a separate purchase on our website to complete the exchange. Shipping cost for the exchange will however need to be paid for the new products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and finalise the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your payment, please contact us at support@thefinalbosscollectables.com.au for further inspection.
Pre-Orders
Please take note that all pre-orders require payments in advance to secure the product. However there may be some cases where the distributor will cancel our order and when that happens we will notify you of the situation and will process the refund.
For all pre-order product/s, we recommend making a separate order for it to prevent any other items within your cart from being delayed as we wait for the pre-order product/s to arrive/release.
Click and Collect
You have 30 days to collect your order at our stores physical location. Failing to do so will result in a refund past the 30 days timeframe and your order will go back into our inventory for selling.
